The Prison Education Project is welcoming two new student interns; Corinne Hibbett (’20) and Jimmy Rao (’21). They will help coordinate with students and faculty, work on website maintenance and design, and help PEP run at its best.
“After doing a research project about the prison system in America, I wanted to get involved in finding a solution to the problem. I was so glad to find that Washington University had a project that I could be apart of and feel proud of the work that I will be doing.”- Corinne Hibbett
“Upon hearing about the Prison Education Project, I was surprised that this program was not more widely known. Education should be accessible everywhere and to everyone. I hope to contribute to the extraordinary work this program has done and will continue to do for its students. Education can go far and I hope it reaches more people through this program.” – Jimmy Rao
